dennis and i went to slc last weekend to attend family events. we went to the temple with grandma on saturday and then a tea party at sara's. on sunday we went to enoch's blessing.
for those of you who don't know, enoch is shannon (dennis's sister) and jared butterfield's baby who was born three days before esme. they've been keeping him away from crowds and small children for month or so because of the risk of rsv. the doctor said he could go out in the middle of march and so he made his debut on march 16. his father, jared, gave him a marvelous and loving blessing and grandpa and uncles were in the circle.

these pictures are of the dinner that we had afterwards at grandma fullers.

here is the star of the show.

Enoch sure looks like a handsome baby. Shannon passes on some good genes. I looks like you had plenty to eat, and lots of cousins and in-laws there to enjoy each other. Isn't it a blessing in Shannon's life to get this baby? I hope you get to see him lots. What a sweet looking little baby boy. Right now I'm waiting the arrival of my sweet little Leah. The last time we saw her she was so sick she was miserable. She had to have immunizations this am, so I don't know if she'll be cranky or not. Hopefully not.
