sorry i didn't know about this tag thing. aa called yesterday to ask me (yes me! probably i was the only one home) about blogging because she said she had been tagged. i haven't checked blogs for a while because i felt guilty that i had not posted anything recently. i haven't taken any new pictures even though i could have taken pictures of dennis tilling the garden or the crocheted edges of baby blankets i've made. anyway i haven't done that and so i didn't post anything new and i felt guilty and i didn't check anyone else's blog and so i didn't know about the tag business. so now, are you satisfied?

who do i love? dennis, who is making steak and crab for me right now and he cleaned the kitchen and tilled the garden and apologized and brought me flowers for saying something rude to me, which was only in retaliation to a string of mean things i said to him. yes, i love dennis, i think i will go kiss him on his sunburned head; and i love ben and leslie, and mom and dad and sisters and brothers and nieces and nephews. i love people at work and people at church ( some more than others).

how long have i been married? this seems impossible but the answer is thirty years come this august.

dennis said i love you first. well, first he said "i think i love you", then a few days later he must have decided for sure, because he said "i love you" without the 'i think'. we were standing on the front lawn and grandma's house and it was dark.

we met in august of 1977 and got married in august of 1978

i don't actually remember dennis' proposal, how sad is that? maybe he didn't propose and it was all a mistake.

i do the laundry as a rule, but sometimes dennis folds and puts away if he has time. he does his share by making the most dirty laundry.

things have changed over the years as far as driving is concerned. dennis used never to want to be driven, but now i drive as much as he does, but he gives me the benefit of lots of good advice on the way.

i pay the bills, i do it online and i don't think dennis even knows how to log on. but dennis mows the lawn. i cook more than dennis, but he does most the shopping, so we're pretty even.

is that all the questions? i'm going by memory since i don't know how to get back and forth easily between blogs. i just thought of how to do that now that i'm through. well, that is all for this post.
