yep, that's what they are doing... batting apples.  very satisfying when you actually connect.

this one's for leslie so she can see her favorite socially retarded cat.  ginger joins me in the garden whenever i'm out there.  she seems to think it helps me if she lays on my hands while i work.

   you can't see the beans in this picture but you can see the tomatoes and zucchini.  garden is very fruitful right now.  i made guacamole tonight and used tomatoes and jalapenos from the garden.

i know morgan had this picture on her blog, but i love it .  leah looks so mischievously amused by something.
